Customer assumes all responsibility for safe access to the jobsite and for any damage that may result to property when the delivery is made inside the curb line. By signing of the delivery slip the buyer agrees that all material quantities and rental times stated are correct on said slip and forfeits the right to future quantity or time disputes. Buyer agrees that all unpaid invoices are subject to a 1.5 % per month (18% apr) service charge on unpaid balances due, plus any legal fees or collection costs that may occur. Buyer has also reviewed the job specific notes, quotes, pricing, and terms.
